We have received a second high-calibre Cabernet from the Maipo Valley strictly dry-farmed. The berry size is very small, the fruit concentrated as all-get-out. We now have mountain fruit, dry farmed fruit, and very-old-vine fruit in cold maceration and we are very pleased so far.
